Buckie Thistle Beaten At Aberdeen

At Pittodrie Park last night in what was the deciding match for the championship of the Aberdeen and District League, Aberdeen A beat Buckie Thistle by 4 goals to 0. An attendance of about 1000 spectators witnessed an interesting game, in which the home team had the better of the exchanges. The Buckie attack was frequently in evidence, but their moves were easily foiled, and there never was much doubt as to the issue. McDermid, who struck up a happy partnership with Lawson, opened the scoring for Aberdeen, and Carroll had the distinction of registering the "hat trick" in his second successive game..
