Strachan Double For Young Dons

In the second leg of the Cup at Pittodrie last Monday, Dundee held us to a draw 2-2. Dundee had a stronger team which included first team players, Eric Scheadler, Alec Caldwell, Jocky Scott and Billy Williamson. It was Billy who scored both Dundee goals, one from the penalty spot. (Doug Rougvie was adjudged to have handled the ball). Wee Gordon Strachan was our two goal hero and also our star player. The wee fellow is playing really well at the moment. He has got his confidence back, and his passing is immaculate. Any player who can pass the ball accurately is halfway there to being a good player.
It's quite a coincidence that an Ex-Aberdeen player (Billy Williamson) should score both goals for Dundee and an Ex-Dundee player (Gordon Strachan) should score both our counters.
