Joy Day For Young Dons' Inside Men

INSIDE forwards lan McNeill and Hugh Hay were the lads who inspired Aberdeen "A" at Kirkcaldy, where the young Dons took a big step forward in their bid for "C" Division honours. This pair shared the goals between them. Hay having a snappy hat-trick.
A word of praise is due to Jimmy Stenhouse, who stepped into the centre half-back position at short notice, and stopped the Kirkcaldy forwards in their trek towards Watson. Also in form was Jimmy Wallace, recently recruited from Banks o' Dee. He showed that right half-back is his best position.
