Reserves Keep Up Good Record

This was another good display by our lads winning 3 - 0 to give us a chance of qualifying for the semi-finals of the League Cup. I'm sure the spectators must have enjoyed the good football played by both teams and the goals scored by John McMaster, Walker McCall and Ernie Drews.
Apart from their goals John and Ernie worked very hard, but Walker had an inconsistent game, once he can put his game together he will be a force to be reckoned with. Another feature of the game was the brilliant display given by John Hather at right back. He seems to improve with every game. Ian Gibson played an important part by keeping Jimmy Cant, the Hearts No. 4 out of the game, he was the player who destroyed us at Tynecastle.
