Young Dons Easy Opener

One of the features of our game at Ibrox last week was the good display by Ian Angus our part time player from Airdrie. Ian showed all the qualities of being a first team player in the near future. Other youngsters who did well in this game were, Neil Burke who has been filling in at left back and John Hewitt playing wide on the left wing. It was John who provided the pass for Duncan Davidson to score our first goal in 15 seconds. Duncan also scored our winning goal in the last minute. Neil Cooper scored our second goal with a thirty yard drive which the keeper touched but couldn't hold. Our lads played very well against a young Rangers team who, missed their four transferred reserves.
