We came back to our real form when we beat Clydebank at Kilbowie Park by five goals to nil. Our goal scorers were, Dougie Rougvie, Dave Robb, Jocky Scott, Andy Watson, and John Clark. This was George Campbell's first full game since August, and he showed that he has lost none of his skill. Big John Clark played well and has shown improvement after his short spell of full time training. Dave Robb captain for the day, was an inspiration to the young players by the effort he put in to his play.
Our other "old stager" Jocky Scott also had a fine match. His control and distribution of the ball was first class, and apart from scoring he had a hand in two of the other goals. Bobby Glennie playing in midfield for the first time had a good game, so there is no doubt that he will be given another chance in the same position. This win kept us within striking distance of league leaders Rangers.
