Aberdeen 'A' Get A Point At Kilmarnock

Aberdeen "A " were a trifle unlucky to drop a point at Kilmarnock on Saturday, when they divided four goals. The visitors were superior in every department.

For a time Aberdeen were kept on the defensive but the home attack could make little impression on the stout Aberdeen defence. The visitors once more got going and Bernard in trying to clear a difficult shot by McKenzie put the ball in the roof of the net. Close on the interval, however, McWhinnie reduced the leeway.
Aberdeen attacked on the resumption, and Bernard saved a fast shot by Wilson at the expense a corner. Following a spell even play, Thomson put the teams on an equal footing. Subsequently Aberdeen were kept on the detersive, but Kilmarnock failed take the lead. Near the close Donald, the Aberdeen inside right, was carried off injured.
