ABERDEEN are again in the final of the Dewar Shield, which they won last year. In the second leg of the semi-final at Brockville both Falkirk and the Dons played as if they had had too much football recently.
Archie Wright, the Bairns' inside forward, had a grand game. Shaw and Lowrle were defensive stalwarts for Aberdeen, and in an attack which spurted into life now and then, Hamilton, Pearson and Bogan showed the best touches.
Wright had two of Falkirk's goals and Plumb the other. Yorston, Bogan and Hamilton were Aberdeen marksmen.
