Late goals sink young Dons

Aberdeen U19 side travelled to Motherwell today but were sunk by late goals in either half. Coakley did the damage with a goal in the 45th minute and sealed the wind with a strike five minutes from the end. Although the Dons suffered another defeat Neil Cooper was happier with the performance and felt it was an improvement on recent displays. Midfielder Ciarin Donnelly played in the centre half role again because of Andrew Considine's inclusion in the senior squad. He put in a magnificent performance at the back and won particular praise from Cooper despite the 2-0 defeat.
