GEORGE COWIE, the Banks o' Dee right winger, showed in his outing with Aberdeen "A" on Saturday that he has the ability to make the grade in senior football. Although not too well supported at outside right he showed distinct promise.
The young Dons' 3-1 win over Leith Athletic enabled them to finish runners-up to Hearts "A" In the "C" Division championship the Tynecastle colts making no mistake in their last game against St Johnstone.
