Juniors At Pittodrie

Aberdeen Junior Select gave a plucky display against Aberdeen "A" in a match in aid of the local junior funds played at Pittodrie last night.

The juniors, while lacking the thrust of the seniors, played skilful football. They were down 4-0 at the interval, Adam (2), Westland, and Warnock scoring for the Dons.
In the second half the juniors were as plucky as ever, and though Warnock put them further in arrears, Kirton reduced the leeway. In the closing minutes Westland scored a sixth goal for the seniors.
