Young Dons' Win At Ibrox

Aberdeen A were the better team in a moderate Alliance Shield game at Ibrox Park last night.

The visiting forwards showed the cleverer footwork, and they had the most constructive half-back on the field in Godfrey.
There was no scoring in the first half, in which each side had a goal deleted for offside.
Armstrong scored for Aberdeen five minutes after the restart, and Mutch registered a second goal. There were only a few hundred spectators.
